AD3651 at South African rally in 1969

This photograph was bought some time ago in a second hand street market in Lisbon.

I believe it was taken in 1969 during the South African 'Annual National Veteran and Vintage Car Rally' in Mozambique (at the time part of the Portuguese Empire).
