"I believe this car belonged to my grandfather Edmund George Howell, a Cardiff pharmacist. The registration looks like CWO 121. I guess it was taken in the 1920s or 30s on Manor Way in Cardiff. My father told me that it was in the garage during the War and was damaged by a bomb. I do not know more than this..."
