"Participated at the Masterpieces Conocurs at Schloss Dyck Classic Days (Germany) this weekend (August 4, 2019) and took a trophy home.

As usual the Benjafield Club was there. (For known reason a key person and his cars were missing this year.) Still there were plenty of vintage Bentleys among hundreds of other beautiful cars."

Richard Marker bought 'Old Mother Gun' in 1932 and fitted a 2-seat body for track racing, probably the one fitted to YV 7263 for the 1931 500 Miles Race.

Jun. 6-7, 1929 the Hon. Mrs. Victor Bruce ran 24 hours at Montlhery in a 4½ Litre Bentley. She covered 2164 miles at an average speed of 89.57 M.P.H. to set a record.
