Nine new photographs
newer than the ones for Dec
2007 of this car (Chassis No.
RN3039) were sighted on the Stanley
Mann Racing website on January 11,
2008.
Says Stanley Mann, "This is the
real deal, not bullied up for concourse
work but for serious rallying / racing."
His website notes that the engine
was rebuilt with phoenix crank rods,
"by no less than top vintage
Bentley restorers Elmdown... in fact
the last 10 odd years she has been
maintained by them." As for the
body, he states that the Le Mans style
fitted 23 years ago is still perfect
with a slight patina.
Stanley Mann further states that the
car now sports a new set of Blockley
tyres, and was "fully serviced"
by Stanley Mann's workshop last month. |

Stanley Mann says on his website that
he sold it to a customer about 22

who are one of the best restorers
of the vintage Bentley marque."
The car is finished in the "traditional
