"Speaking with Tom Pasmore today regarding my car XW 6055, he told me that he also had XW 7225 at the same time during the 1960s. They were very similar looking cars and he remembers them both well. He gave me a lot of information about what was carried out on the cars during his ownership."

Car is believed to be one of three cars sold to Richard "Dick" Burdick by O'Neil Ford, the architect who designed Hemisfair, in 1984. Subsequently Burdick sold this car to James Pearce, restorer, in 1988.

"Photos from scrapbook of Denis Mitchell, sent to me by his daughter Linda Jones. Mitchell owned several Bentleys including mine, NT3143. It appears to be Mitchell standing by the car in two of these snaps, so quite possibly he owned this car between 1941 and 1950."
