According to Johnnie Green's book, this photograph was taken around 1926. This picture shows the Talberg Hill record about to fall to that tapering radiatored vehicle.

This information was found in Michael Hay's book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997 "This Weymann saloon by Freestone & Webb replaced a Cadogan 4 seater late in 1924 on Speed Chassis No. 470, registered XR3300. According to the owner, Mr. G E Duveen, even after 40,000 miles and with the new saloon body, the car was still capable of over 80 mph. Now owned by P W Butler."
