"This car belonged to my father - Denis Michell in late 1940s or 1950.

I have an original tax disc from this car.

I am sending you an extract from an email my mother sent me when I asked her about her memory of the Bentley.

He then bought a 4½ litre Bentley on his return which they then drove out to Trieste when he was stationed out there. I have a whole album of photographs of that car — registration UC 3690.

I don't know if any of this information is of any interest to anyone. I believe the car is still in existence in Texas."

E-mail extract
"Daddy bought the green one — 3-litre when we were first married and we were looking for a flat somewhere behind Peter Jones and below this flat was a garage and in it was this Bentley. We didn't get the flat but the Bentley instead. At that time Daddy was doing Guards at Buckingham Palace. He was then posted to Hongkong so had to sell the Bentley."
