VintageBentlleys.org to Roger Morton: The photos for Reg HCG 829 (original reg UV 3070) that you sent us have been posted on this page under 'Late 1950s' (attributed to Ch no. FR2634).

Now, we have come across a vintage Bentley car photo (on Flickr.com) at Wilton Classic & Supercar Show 2015 (?) bearing the original Reg no. UV 3070 for chassis FR2634:

Obviously these are two different cars. Question is about the chassis no...
Any insights or information would be highly appreciated.

Roger Morton: "Sorry I don't know what the chassis number was in HGC 829 when my father had it. The car in your records (posted in March 2009) does resemble my photo. I will carry on my search for information, I am sure my father said that the car was owned at some time by the Duke of Richmond (Goodwood)"

"My father Tom Morton owned HCG 829 in the late 1950s pictured with him at the main gates to Stamford Park, Stalybridge. He said it was a great car to drive."
