My favourite photograph of my Bentley - Travelling in Northern Spain

"1925 - 3 litre, short chassis, Vanden Plas bodied, light tourer.
Engine - 4 Cylinder, 3 litre, 72bhp
Wheel base - 9'9½"
Overall length - 13'3"
Label – Blue
Maximum speed - 75mph
Fuel consumption - 17.5 mpg

I am the fifth owner and have owned this Bentley for the last ten years and have driven a total of 32,500 miles.

My wife and I have travelled extensively throughout Europe in the Bentley and over the last seven years have driven 18,320 miles visiting:-

2014 - 2,842 miles - Northern Spain and Portugal to the Algarve.
2013 - 3,191 miles - Northern France and Spain to Barcelona.
2012 - 3,695 miles – France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia to Dubrovnik
2011 - 2,995 miles - France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Lichtenstein, Switzerland and Italy to the South of France.
2010 - 2,520 miles - France to the South of France.
2009 - 982 miles - Northern Spain to the Picos Mountains.
2008 – 2095 miles – France and Spain the Pyrenees Mountains to Lourdes.

Apart from minor problems the Bentley has never let us down.

During my time of ownership the following major repairs have been carried out:-
2006 - New exhaust system.
2007 - Complete engine rebuild - New pistons, con rods, Crank etc. etc.
2008 - Braking system rebuilt and new crown wheel and pinion.
2009 - New clutch and drive shaft.
2012 - All wheels respoked with new centres.

Bentleys like all cars are to be driven and enjoyed this Bentley is certainly no exception."
