The Batagols bought
the car from Lance Dixon in 1994.
"When I bought the car we carefully
checked all the major component part
numbers and were pleased to confirm
that they matched the build sheet
records."
"I have fitted the correct headlight
since the Sotheby (1990) photos, as
well as new Le Mans fuel tank."

"The above information
and photographs are from a July 1990
Sotheby's auction catalogue when Lance
Dixon took the car to England and
decided to sell it. However luckily
for us it did not sell and was bought
back to Australia when I acquired
it a little later on.. (as Lance wanted
an AC289 Cobra that I had, so we worked
out a deal)."
