Olle Ljungström has identified the car is this photograph as Chassis no. KR2698. Olle remarks, "Almost identical photo of this car illustrating Simon Towle article in BDC Rewiew 260 (2008) p.458 and giving this car as Speed Six KR2698. This picture probably from 1950s Rally - France?" — Dec 7, 2008

Owner, Graham R.E.Gregory comments: "This photo cannot be either France or 1950s, but more likely from a pre-war RAC rally which it competed in five times!" — Feb 18, 2010
