1930 Bentley "Speed 6" 4-Seat Replica Tourer By Vanden Plas
Chassis: LR2780

This Bentley Speed Six originally had a saloon body by Weyman and the first owner was the Duke of Leinster. In 1934, it was re-bodied into a two-door fixed head coupe with a rumble seat by the coachbuilder Mayfair. It was finished in cream over brown with tan hide upholstery and was advertised in "Thoroughbred and Classic Cars" magazine In July 1978 as "In every respect this vehicle is magnificent and the investment potential is excellent."

In the 1980s, this vehicle was converted into a stylish Vanden Plas Tourer and the orignal engine completely overhauled.
