1930 Blower Bentley. Body By Vanden Plas
A car with the strongest possible individuality and it is certain that it is immensely likeable no matter from what angle one may regard it - The Autocar magazine 1930.

One of the most charismatic performance machines of the period. A matching numbered Blower with the 10ft 10 inch wheelbase retaining the original body from Vanden Plas, with full recorded ownership history showing seven keepers from new. A much enjoyed Blower used regularly on trips across the continent, driving superbly and ready for long distance motoring. Welcome at events across the world.

This car is for sale as of October 6, 2018

Complete right down to her original handbook

"Unique the only 4 1/2 (heavy crank) still with its original body and all its original organs (yes matching everything).

Four owners from new (last one had her for 55 years).
Mileage just 105,000 from new.
To be restored either by us or by purchasers choice.
When fully restored, so original she could enter Pebble Beach and win.
I would consider this as being the most valuable 4 1/2 litre but patience on this rebuild would be so rewarding both financial and satisfying."

"This is the rarest of finds with exceptional history.

This Bentley is exactly as it left the factory and she has retained all her original parts so if you want to say matching, well, everything is. Yes, she runs well but will need some work.

Many times over the years we're asked for an original V.D. Plas 4½ litre which is unrestored but what makes this so special is that it's a heavy crank model.

These are the models that can be turned into a Blower replica. As a Blower replica the value skyrockets but, in this form, if restored as she is, you would have a most desirable Vintage Bentley."
