QUESTION I am restoring
my engine. When purchased it included a full set
of new pistons and rings made and supplied by
Julian Ghosh. These are different from the ones
fitted. They are a dome type, and these have rounded
tops but are the same size in height and width.
Should I buy dome ones or put these in? They are
very beautifully made, My engineer stated that
the compression would be the same but the burning
of the gases may be different, that's all.
