Air Filters |

QUESTION Does anyone
know where I can get hold of a pair of air filters
for a 1931 4 litre. I think they are the same
as those used on the 8 litre. Drawing or part
numbers could also help, as I could investigate
getting some made. I'm not a purist so alternative
suggestions willingly accepted.
Thank you in advance.

Are
you talking about the blowback preventors
that are on the SU. Since thier were no
air cleaners. They do look nice. However
with modern gas that has an ethanol mixture
I would not recomend them on a car that
is a driver. They cause a air restriction
and can mess up your setup. Try Niel Davis
becuase he makes reproduction SU's.
